Cancellation and Refund Policy

We sell digital study notes as time-limited access plans: Weekly (₹100, 7 days) and Monthly (₹500, 30 days). Because access is granted immediately after payment, please read this before you buy.

Every topic has a free preview showing real sections, real previous year questions and real trap points from that chapter. Read it before paying — it is there so nobody buys blind.

When we refund in full

• Payment went through but access did not. Tell us and we will either fix the access or refund the full amount.
• You were charged twice for the same plan. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• You ask within 24 hours of payment and have downloaded no PDF and opened no more than two full chapters. Full refund, no questions asked.

When we do not refund

• After 24 hours from payment.
• After you have downloaded PDFs or read several full chapters — the product has been delivered and cannot be returned.
• Because a topic you wanted is not on the site yet. The catalogue shows exactly which topics are ready before you pay, and you can request missing topics for free.
• Where an access code has been shared or resold.

Cancelling

Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period. Nothing auto-renews and there is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the plan expires. If you have set up a recurring payment through Razorpay yourself, write to us and we will stop it.

How to request a refund

Email singhrishuu007@gmail.com with your payment id and the email or phone used at checkout. We reply within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
