Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

UPSC.PSC Notes sells digital study notes only. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. Nothing will ever be sent to a postal address.

How delivery works

Delivery is instant and online. The moment Razorpay confirms your payment:

• you are returned to https://uppcs-notes.pages.dev and your access is unlocked automatically;
• an access code is shown on screen — save it to unlock the site again on another device or after clearing cookies.

Full chapters in all three formats become readable on the site straight away, and PDF download becomes available on each topic page.

How long it takes

Normally within seconds. If a payment confirmation is delayed at the bank's end it can take a few minutes — the unlock page keeps retrying on its own.

If access does not arrive

If you have paid and still cannot see the full notes after ten minutes, email singhrishuu007@gmail.com with your payment id. We unlock it manually, usually the same day. If we cannot, you get a full refund under our refund policy.

How long access lasts

Weekly (₹100, 7 days) and Monthly (₹500, 30 days), counted from the moment of payment. Access ends automatically when the plan expires; nothing renews on its own.
